GP Pharm is present at the CPhI

Last October 13th GP Pharm open its booth at the new edition of one of the most important pharmaceutical industry event in the world, CPhI. 50,000 sqm of space, 25,000 visitors and 1,400 exhibitors amongst which GP Pharm is present since 6 years now.  In its first appearance GP Pharm had a barely 15sqm booth. In this last event, showing how much the company has grown in this few years, GP Pharm occupied 50sqm located in at the main hall side by side with the sector’s most important companies.

All these reasons has given a boost to our company’s image during the event, increasing the number of contacts and meetings regarding last years. New this year, it has been exposed samples of own products "in situ", currently distributed by GP Pharm in Spain, Portugal and South America through our brand new net selling force. Octreotide, Wibical® (bicalutamide), Leuprolide DEPOT (1 month) and Paclitaxel were the products presented and it is expected that in few weeks can be added Zuantrip® (tamsolusine) Irinotecan y Oxaliplatin to this list. Companies from all biopharmaceutical sector showed interest not only in GP Pharm’s drug delivery technologies for injection (microspheres and liposomes) or in a robust pipeline including different cytotoxic and hormone-like products for the treatment of prostate cancer, but also in the quality of GP Pharm’s manufacturing facilities that in addition to GMP certification are also granted with Japanese certification and shortly will face its first FDA inspection. GP Pharm also owns R&D facilities located close to Barcelona International Airport dedicated to the development of its technological platforms. 

GP Pharm’s highlight on quality within a vertical business structure is the added value that companies from the sector appreciated during this event as a tangible reality
